Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and student-focused Senior Study Abroad Consultant to lead our counseling team and guide students throughout their study abroad journey. The ideal candidate should have strong counseling, sales, and team-management skills, along with in-depth knowledge of international education systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities in countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and Europe.
* Guide students through university selection, applications, scholarships, and visa processes.
* Manage the complete admission lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment.
* Lead and mentor junior consultants and counselors.
* Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, seminars, webinars, and student events.
* Build and maintain relationships with universities and institutional partners.
* Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into successful enrollments.
* Stay updated on immigration policies, university requirements, and market trends.
* Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve admission targets.
* Prepare reports on admissions, conversions, and team performance.

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Education, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in study abroad counseling or overseas education consultancy.
* Experience managing teams and achieving admission targets.
* Robust knowledge of universities, scholarships, and visa processes.
