About the Role

Godai Arts is looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee the production of handcrafted architectural murals, sculptures, and custom art installations. The ideal candidate should have a civil engineering or construction background with hands-on knowledge of clay modelling processes and the ability to manage a skilled team of artisans from concept to finished product.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the complete production process of clay murals, sculptures, and architectural elements.
- Plan and allocate daily work to artists and production staff.
- Monitor clay application, detailing, mould making, casting, drying, finishing, and quality control.
- Ensure production timelines are achieved without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with the design team to understand drawings, dimensions, and execution requirements.
- Maintain production schedules and track project progress.
- Ensure efficient utilisation of materials and minimise wastage.
- Maintain factory discipline, safety standards, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with installation teams for smooth dispatch and site execution.
- Resolve production challenges and suggest practical solutions.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
- 5–years of experience in factory or site supervision.
- Hands-on knowledge of clay work, mould making, casting processes, or architectural decorative products.
- Ability to read drawings and understand dimensions.
- Robust leadership and people management skills.
- Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in FRP, GRC, precast elements, sculptures, decorative panels, or architectural finishes will be an added advantage.

Location: Vasai, Mumbai
Industry Preference: Architectural Art, Interior Fit-outs, GRC/FRP, Precast, Sculpture, Decorative Concrete, Civil Construction, Theme Projects.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
