● As part of the R&D; team develop new products, and enhance or customise existing products to win new business by satisfying customer briefs/requirements. This includes testing and optimizing flavours in a variety of f&b; applications so that they can be commercialized successfully.
● Ensure test results are tracked so that products can easily be mapped to customer requirements for quick and on-target sampling.
● Keep up to date with industry trends and market requirements, including regulatory requirements.
● Communicate with business development managers and customers (where required) to understand their product requirements and build confidence in Taste Master’s technical and creative competencies.
● Ensure SOPs & Documentation are kept up to date as per regulatory requirements.
● Guide the creation of new and improved Application samples for both testing internally and providing prototypes for marketing.
