We are looking for a reliable, well-organized and guest-focused Housekeeping & Guest Service Executive to manage the daily cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience at our guest house in Mehrauli, South Delhi, New Delhi.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, polite with guests, and capable of handling both housekeeping duties and guest support services professionally.

The candidate should preferably be located in Mehrauli, Saket, Sainik Farms, Malviya Nagar, Katwaria Sarai, Qutub Enclave area, etc.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and ensuring guests have a comfortable and smooth stay.

The candidate will be staying at the property.

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE :

- Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel operations, Airbnb/Guest house hosting
- Speaks both English & Hindi
- Basic understanding of both Hygiene & cleanliness standards
- Attention to detail
- Honest,

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Managing check-in /check-out of the guests

2. Daily cleaning of the guest house, ensure the property remains guest ready at all times

3. Conduct routine inspections of rooms & facilities as per guest service checklist

4. Handling the maintenance of the guest houses (co-ordinating with the maintenance team : AC, plumber, gas, electrician, etc.)

5. Support smooth day to day guest house operations & doing miscellaneous errands, etc.
