Role Overview

Brand Crest Digital Private Limited is looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Intern to support lead generation, client outreach and business growth.

The intern will connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, introduce our services and help the sales team convert qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients through online research, LinkedIn, social media, business directories and referrals.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
- Introduce the company’s services clearly and professionally.
- Understand client requirements and schedule meetings with the concerned team.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, emails and messages.
- Update lead status, conversations and follow-up details regularly.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations and sales documents.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for client requirements.
- Work towards weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients.

Required Skills

- Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email and online research.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- English proficiency is required. Knowledge of Kannada, Telugu or Hindi will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Students, fresh graduates or candidates looking to build a career in sales and business development may apply.
- Candidates from Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management or related fields will be preferred.
- Previous internship or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Candidates must have a laptop, reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
