Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Field Sales Executive with 2–4 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and generate leads, conduct site visits, and convert prospects into successful sales. Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).

· 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or field sales.

· Proven experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and achieving sales targets.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to conduct property site visits and client meetings independently.

· Basic knowledge of residential and commercial real estate projects.

· Familiarity with booking procedures and basic property documentation.

· Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software is preferred.

· Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license with willingness to travel extensively.





· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

· Positive local market knowledge and networking skills.

· Ability to work on weekends and holidays, if required, based on client schedules.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in field sales, direct sales, or channel sales.

· Basic understanding of RERA guidelines and property registration processes.

· Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.

· Ability to handle customer objections and close deals effectively.

· Fluency in Hindi; basic English communication will be an added advantage.

· Own vehicle preferred for field visits.
