Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist students and visitors in a skilled and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the counselling team.
- Maintain records of enquiries, calls, and appointments.
- Manage the front desk and ensure a positive visitor experience.
- Support daily administrative and operational activities.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred.




- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or front office will be an advantage; freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
