About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to oversee and manage our company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and support functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT operations, network and system administration, hardware/software management, and team coordination.

This is a key role to ensure smooth day-to-day IT functioning, secure systems, and support for internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including networks, servers, laptops, and software systems
- Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software
- Administer user accounts, email setups (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), access rights, and security protocols
- Handle IT asset procurement, issuance, and tracking
- Set up and manage VPN, firewalls, and network security solutions
- Provide timely IT support to internal employees across departments
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware/software issues and service agreements
- Ensure data backups, system updates, antivirus protection, and IT policy compliance




- Support onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective (device setup, account access, recovery)
- Monitor and manage internal tools, IT inventory, and regular documentation
- Stay updated with the latest trends and suggest improvements in IT infrastructure

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4 to 8 years of proven experience in IT operations, preferably in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac systems, networking, firewalls, VPNs, and basic server/cloud admin
- Experience with IT asset management and internal support
- Good understanding of data security, software licensing, and IT compliance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience with ISO or IT security audits
- Familiarity with performance marketing or agency-based setups (if applicable)
