Role and Responsibility: -

- Arranging a pre-joining Briefing for all Officers
- Arranging pre-joining Medicals for all Officers
- Preparing Crew Contracts – SEA
- Allotting working gears to joining Officers
- Clearing the joiners of vessels & confirming/checking whether they are carrying all their required original documents & boiler suits or not.
- To ensure connecting mail/magazines/store or any other items required by the vessel
- Maintaining mail tracking sheet & letter to master
- To forecast joiners, promotions & planned officers in omnia.
- Replying to weekly POP-UP mails
- To ensure MLC extensions are issued in time
- Issuing Sea Service/DCE/USA visa letters as per requirement
- To maintain file of updated CBA’s for all vessels




- To ensure reimbursements request of Officers are approved by managers prior departure
- Issuing guest house slips
- Arranging pre-joining medicals & working gears for DOEHLE Vessel
- Assisting in all logistics function
- To carry out necessary jobs designated by the superiors, be their understudy, and keep abreast with new requirements and regulations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
