- PU College - English, Hindi, History, Sociology, Mathematics and Psychology.

Qualification and Experience

- Pre Primary Teacher- Degree with NTT/Montessori or equivalent teacher training course
- Primary Teacher – Graduation along with D.Ed.
- Upper Primary and High School – Bachelors of Education degree (B.Ed.)
- PU Lecturer - Masters along with B.Ed degree
- Physical Education/Fine Art – Bachelor’s degree in physical education/fine arts
- Librarian – Bachelor’s degree in library science
- At least 2 years of teaching experience and the ability to teach in English and Kannada is a must

- Encourage active discovery and independent learning
- Develop curriculum and content for teaching-learning based on the context of the children
- Develop a curricular plan and achieve curricular objectives for each child
- Continuously engage with the community and parents to ensure their participation in school processes
- Participate in and help build the school processes
