Position: Technical Analyst – Battery Manufacturing & Energy Storage

About the Role

We are looking for motivated engineers who can support our lithium-ion cell manufacturing and energy storage business by conducting technical research, preparing analytical reports, evaluating technologies, and assisting project teams in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct technical and market research on lithium-ion batteries, BESS, EVs, and energy storage.

· Analyze manufacturing processes, raw materials, equipment, and emerging technologies.

· Study government policies, PLI schemes, export regulations, and industry standards.

· Analyze supplier quotations and compare technical specifications.

· Support preparation of technical reports, presentations, feasibility studies, business proposals, investor presentations, and management summaries.

· Collect and organize technical data from R&D;, production, and external sources.

· Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and business development teams.

· Prepare management dashboards and project status reports.





Desired Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronics, Energy Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 1–2 years of experience in technical analysis, engineering projects, consulting, manufacturing, or energy sectors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good report-writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and research papers.
- Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries or energy storage is preferred

Preferred Skills

- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup functions)
- Power BI (preferred)
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini for research and documentation
- Technical report writing
- Project coordination
- Market intelligence and competitive analysis

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹7,000,000.00 per month
