HIRING DENTIST – FULL-TIME POSITION

We are looking for a dedicated, confident, and patient-friendly Dental Surgeon to join our growing practice on a full-time basis.

Candidate Requirements

- BDS qualified
- 1.5 - 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Must be capable of handling the clinic and patients independently (single-handedly)
- Well-trained in:
- Root Canal Treatment (RCT)
- Crown Cutting & Tooth Preparation
- Extractions (Simple & Surgical)
- Composite & GIC Restorations
- Indirect Pulp Capping (IPC)
- Good diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient communication skills
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to long-term growth
- Must reside within 3–5 km of Sonia Vihar (2nd Pusta) or be willing to relocate nearby
- Should be willing to stay beyond clinic hours whenever required to complete ongoing treatment or attend waiting patients. Additional incentive/compensation will be provided for extended working hours, exceptional patient management, and contribution towards clinic growth.

Working Hours

Morning: 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Evening: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Salary & Benefits

Important Note

We are specifically looking for a dentist who can confidently manage the clinic independently and perform routine dental procedures without supervision. Preference will be given to candidates who are comfortable with RCTs, Crown Preparations, Extractions, Restorations, and IPC procedures, and who prioritize patient care over strict clock-out timings when patients are still waiting for treatment.

We are currently hiring 1–2 Dentists for morning and evening shifts.
