Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Orthopedic Surgeon for one of our clients. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries, along with hands-on experience in performing complex orthopedic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions involving bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and nerves.
- Perform orthopedic surgeries with a focus on Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty (Joint Replacement) procedures.
- Manage trauma and emergency orthopedic cases efficiently.
- Evaluate patients, recommend treatment plans, and provide post-operative care.
- Handle knee, hip, shoulder, and other joint-related disorders.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient recovery.
- Maintain accurate medical records and surgical documentation.




- Participate in patient counseling and educate patients regarding treatment options and recovery plans.
- Contribute to the overall development of orthopedic services within the hospital.

Candidate Requirements

✔ MS/DNB in Orthopedics from a recognized institution
✔ Proven experience in performing Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty surgeries independently
✔ Strong surgical and clinical decision-making skills
✔ Experience in managing trauma and emergency orthopedic cases
✔ Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
✔ Excellent communication and patient-management skills
✔ Candidates from Government Medical Colleges will be preferred
✔ Willingness to relocate to Kotputli, Rajasthan

Compensation

CTC: ₹35 LPA – ₹45 LPA
Final compensation will be based on experience, surgical expertise, and assessment outcomes.

Candidates will undergo a detailed evaluation, including assessment of surgical skills, clinical expertise, and overall suitability for the role.
