The Field Executive – Techno Commercial will handle machine installation, service support, and sales activities for digital finishing machines within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Service
- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of digital finishing machines
- Troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues
- Customer training on machine operation and basic maintenance
Sales & Commercial
- Promoting products and providing technical explanations to customers
- Conducting product demonstrations and supporting sales closures
Marketing & Events
- Participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and road shows
- Organizing and supporting product demos in assigned regions
Requirements
Skills & Requirements
- Robust technical aptitude in Mechatronics systems
- Good communication and customer -handling skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Valid driving license preferred
