We are seeking an experienced professional to lead business development and project delivery within the chemical sector, specifically targeting Indian chemical companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, strategy, and operations, combined with deep sectoral expertise in petrochemicals, agrochemicals, refineries, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead consulting engagements for clients across petrochemicals, agrochemicals, refineries, and the broader energy and chemical industries.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, growth strategies, and pricing models tailored to client needs.
- Provide actionable market intelligence, feasibility studies, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with clients to improve chemical process engineering, supply chain management, and operational efficiency.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and leading proposal development.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment with client objectives.




- Contribute to the creation of thought leadership, knowledge assets, and best practices within the chemical consulting domain.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (or related field) + MBA from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in consulting (business development + project delivery) within the chemical industry.
- Proven experience working with Indian chemical companies is mandatory.

- Strong self-awareness with the ability to reflect and improve through feedback

Additional Advantage:

- Candidates with strengths in more than one sectoral (e.g., petrochemicals, agrochemicals) and one functional (e.g., strategy, operations) area will be given preference.
