We are looking for a confident and communication-skilled Business Development Associate who can help us connect with potential clients, generate leads, and build long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Email
- Generate leads and schedule meetings with interested businesses
- Build relationships with startups, brands, and business owners
- Follow up with clients and maintain communication
- Understand client requirements and explain company services
- Assist in sales strategy and client acquisition campaigns
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and creative team
- Maintain records of leads and conversations
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
- Confident personality with professional communication
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Ability to handle client conversations professionally
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a bonus
