Project Head (Sr. Project Manager/AGM/DGM/GM)

Qualification: B.Tech /Diploma in Civil Engineering with vast experience in High Rise building project.

Experience: 20-25 years+ of relevant experience preferably in Delhi NCR

Location : Noida

Salary Range: As per Industry Standard & relevant experience (₹ 15 lakhs- ₹30 lakhs/Annum)

1) Planning, scheduling & execution of civil construction works and other related activities at project sites.

2) Preparing daily progress report and monthly reports and flag necessary issues to the management.

3) Track and control expenses with control estimate on a weekly/monthly basis.

4) Regular meeting with architects, site staff to set and manage project expectations.

5) Arrangement of resources & manpower.

6) Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
