We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Key Account Executive (KAM) to manage client relationships, monitor day-to-day logistics operations, resolve customer issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer queries, concerns, and operational support.
- Monitor daily shipment performance, load allocation, pickups, delivery status, and operational KPIs.
- Proactively identify and resolve shipment-related issues such as delayed deliveries, RTO, NDR, pickup failures, in-transit aging, and delivery exceptions.
- Coordinate with Operations, Tech, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Prepare and share weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports with clients.
- Ensure timely communication and regular updates to customers regarding ongoing issues and resolutions.
- Understand client business requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ShipDelight's products and services.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, improve account retention, and build long-term client relationships.
- Ensure adherence to client-specific SOPs, internal processes, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong customer relationship and account management skills.
- Good understanding of e-commerce and logistics operations.
- Knowledge of shipment lifecycle, courier operations, RTO, NDR, TAT, pickups, and delivery management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-first attitude with a sense of ownership and urgency.

Preferred Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, Client Servicing, Customer Support, or Operations.
- Prior experience in Logistics, E-commerce, Courier, Supply Chain, SaaS, or Technology companies will be preferred.
- Experience working with courier aggregators, logistics platforms, or shipping solutions will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA or Post Graduate qualification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
