- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based human capital management systems and their integration points.
- Experience in customizing and extending Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within absence and leave management processes.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
