General Manager / Operations Manager – Banquet Hall

Location: Phalke Palace (NH548D, Shirur / Pimpalsuti, Pune District)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, highly independent Banquet Manager to take complete ownership of operations, venue maintenance, sales, and event execution at Phalke Palace Banquet Hall.

Key Responsibilities:

- Venue & Facility Setup: Oversee initial cleaning, equipment servicing, and daily upkeep of the 2.5-acre property.
- Sales & Bookings: Handle inquiries, site visits, client negotiations, and event booking agreements.
- Vendor & Labor Management: Hire and manage event staff, security, housekeeping, caterers, decorators, and technical crews.
- Event Execution: Manage end-to-end logistics on event days to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.
- Financial & Administrative Management: Handle local compliance, billing, operational expenses, and monthly reporting to the owner.

Pay: ₹11,300.36 - ₹25,200.70 per month
