Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily dispatches of finished vehicles, batteries, spare parts, and accessories as per sales and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Verify dispatch quantities, models, accessories, and documentation before shipment.
- Ensure proper packaging, loading, and handling of goods to prevent transit damage.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation including invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, transporter challans, and delivery records.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, loading schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor vehicle dispatch status and ensure timely delivery to dealers, distributors, and warehouses.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched materials and update ERP systems on a real-time basis.
- Reconcile dispatch records with sales orders, inventory records, and transporter acknowledgements.




- Track freight costs and assist in optimizing transportation efficiency.
- Handle dispatch-related customer and dealer queries, shortages, damages, and delivery discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and statutory requirements during dispatch operations.
- Manage loading staff and ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources.
- Conduct periodic audits of dispatch processes and records.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 2–4 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, or Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Experience in EV or Automotive industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
