Key Responsibilities

- Deployment: Install, configure, and update antivirus and endpoint protection tools across all company computers and servers.
- Monitoring: Watch real-time security alerts, scan logs, and investigate potential malware or virus incidents.
- Remediation: Isolate infected devices, run deep clean sweeps, and perform root-cause analysis after a security breach.
- Maintenance: Push regular virus definition updates, patches, and software upgrades to maintain compliance.
- Support: Assist staff with security software errors and promote safe cybersecurity habits

Requirements and Skills

- Experience: 1 to 3 years in IT support, desktop administration, or endpoint security.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of Windows and Linux operating systems, network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS), and active directory.
- Tools: Familiarity with enterprise antivirus management consoles (e.g., Symantec, McAfee, Sophos, Windows Defender).
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset and explicit communication for user training

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
