Job Description:-

· Deploy and maintain cybersecurity solutions.

· Troubleshoot endpoint and security product issues.

· Support incident investigations.

· Assist with upgrades and patching activities.

· Develop basic automation scripts.

· Prepare deployment and troubleshooting documentation.

Coordinate with OEM support teams for issue resolution

Deployment Skills / Knowledge

· Security product installation and configuration

· Agent deployment and troubleshooting

· Policy creation and basic tuning

· Product upgrades and patch management

· Integration with Active Directory and LDAP

· Basic deployment documentation

· Endpoint security administration (Trellix, CrowdStrike, etc.)

Troubleshooting Skills / Knowledge

· Log analysis and event investigation

· Basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

· Windows and Linux administration

· Network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)





· Security product troubleshooting
