About the Role

Bendito Soft Tech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Finance Operations Specialist to support our U.S.-based client, TAP Innovations, a technology services and HCM integration company. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate and manage client invoices (project-based and recurring billing)

✅ Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), collections, and aging reports

✅ Process Accounts Payable (AP) and coordinate with vendors

✅ Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records

✅ Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and dashboards

✅ Support month-end and year-end closing activities

✅ Track partner commissions and billing adjustments

✅ Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing issues

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Finance Operations, AR, AP, Billing, or Accounting
- Strong understanding of AR/AP, reconciliations, journal entries, and aging analysis




- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, SAP, or Oracle
- Advanced MS Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to work overlap hours with U.S. CST time zone as needed

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Exposure to U.S. client billing and multi-currency invoicing
- Knowledge of Power BI and financial dashboards
- Experience in SaaS, Technology Services, or HCM industries
- Understanding of commission tracking and referral billing models
