Location: ChennaiRole SummaryWe are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, network, servers, cybersecurity, backups, end-user support, and IT governance. The role will be responsible for ensuring high system availability, business continuity, secure IT operations, and effective service delivery across all business locations.Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including Active Directory, servers, NAS storage, antivirus, and attendance systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted network operations including firewalls, internet connectivity, CCTV, and WAN/LAN infrastructure.
- Own backup and disaster recovery processes across servers, NAS, cloud, and external storage.
- Lead IT helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of user requests and adherence to defined SLAs.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle including procurement, inventory, allocation, audits, and compliance.
- Plan and conduct user awareness and IT security training programs.
- Monitor cybersecurity, endpoint protection, and policy compliance across the organization.
- Publish periodic IT dashboards, MIS reports, and operational metrics for leadership review.
- Coordinate with external vendors, ISPs, OEMs, and technology partners for support and maintenance.
- Recommend and implement process improvements, automation, and technology upgrades to improve business efficiency.

Preferred Qualification

What We're Looking For

- 10–14 years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations.
- Experience managing end-to-end IT support in a multi-location organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lead IT operations while driving process improvements and technology initiatives.
- Experience in real estate, construction, manufacturing, or similar industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹850,896.00 - ₹1,112,999.96 per year
