We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the face of YS for prospective parents and students, guiding them through the admission process and ensuring a smooth, supportive, and qualified experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, and online leads) and provide accurate information about programs, curriculum, facilities, and unique offerings of YS Group.
- Conduct counseling sessions with parents and students, understanding their requirements and addressing their queries.
- Organize and participate in campus tours, open houses, admission drives, and promotional events.
- Maintain and update the admissions database, leads tracker, and follow-up schedules to ensure timely conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to highlight YS Group’s differentiators.
- Provide weekly/monthly admission reports to management.
- Assist in creating and maintaining admission materials (brochures, presentations, FAQs).




- Ensure the admission process is seamless – from inquiry to enrollment – and maintain strong parent engagement throughout.
- Stay updated on competitive school offerings and share insights with management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Education, Business, or Communication).
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer relations (preferably in an educational institution).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet admission targets.
- A student-first approach with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
