About the Role

Megatech Oil & Gas Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our growing workforce. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations, with the ability to manage day-to-day HR activities independently.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment trackers.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with employee engagement activities.




- Coordinate employee joining and exit formalities.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and compliance records.

Skills Required:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment documentation.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Note:

- Freshers with strong internship experience may also be considered.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
