PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

a. Scope of role

- To increase the business and each centre profitability by adding in new business and increasing the business volume with the aim of revenue generation,

b. Responsibilities

- Working strongly with the centre team in setting up and chasing targets by conducting marketing activities ATL/BTL.
- Plan and execute business development strategies. Hand holding for recent setup.
- Sales reviews with the team, as well as franchise.

c. Key deliverables

- Management of franchise operations and taking students feedback to improvise
- Handle all queries and help them understand the aspects to focus upon
- Meeting the targets of the business & placements

d. Person Profile

He should have specificcompetenciessuch as motivating team members , lateral thinking, time management, planning, decision-making, business awareness
