Job Description:
We are seeking an Admission Counselor to assist prospective students with the admission process and provide information about courses, eligibility, fees, and enrollment procedures. The role involves handling inquiries, following up with applicants, maintaining admission records, and supporting enrollment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Guide applicants through the admission and enrollment process.
- Follow up with prospective students regarding applications and documentation.
- Maintain accurate admission records and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for admission-related requirements.
- Achieve admission and enrollment targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service is preferred.
