Job Title: Internal Auditor

Required Qualifications & Skills

Seeking an Internal Auditor with hands-on CA firm experience and strong end-to-end understanding of core business processes. The role involves executing risk-based internal audits, evaluating internal controls, and supporting compliance and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits covering O2C, P2P, PPC, RCM, and HRMS processes
- Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of internal controls
- Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and compliance issues
- Test transactions related to revenue, procurement, inventory, payroll, and reporting
- Prepare audit working papers and concise internal audit reports
- Discuss findings with clients and track implementation of recommendations

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 2–3 years of internal audit experience in a CA firm
- Deep knowledge of O2C, P2P, PPC, RCM, and HRMS cycles
- Strong understanding of accounting, audit standards, and statutory compliances
- Good analytical,



communication, and report-writing skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and audit standards
- Working knowledge of Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other relevant regulations
- Inter CA with 2-3 year Internal Audit experience or graduate with 5-7 years' experience
- sound business process knowledge
- ⁠financial accounting process knowledge
