Job role: CNC Machine operator/ production Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a skilled CNC Turning Operator with 1 to 6 years of experience in the aerospace industry to set up and operate computer numerical control (CNC) turning machines. You will produce high-precision aerospace components according to engineering drawings and strict quality specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 6 years of hands-on experience operating CNC Turning machines specifically within the Aerospace manufacturing sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of machining aerospace alloys (e.g., Titanium, Inconel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum).
- Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with CNC controllers like Fanuc, Siemens, or Mazatrol.
- Precision: High proficiency in using standard inspection instruments and understanding GD&T; symbols.
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical certification/experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Machine Operation: Set up, align, and operate CNC turning/lathe machines to perform precision machining operations.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret technical engineering drawings, blueprints,



and process sheets to understand dimensions, tolerances, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T;) requirements.
- Component Inspection: Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, verniers, height gauges, bore gauges) to ensure compliance with strict aerospace tolerances.
- Tooling & Setup: Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments. Perform tool offsets and minor programming adjustments at the machine control console if required.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
