We are seeking a highly skilled Java Lead with 8+ years of experience in Java and cloud-based technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and hands-on experience with APIGEE, AWS Lambda, SQS, Kafka, S3, and CloudFront. This role requires a problem solver with deep cloud knowledge, strong design principles, and the ability to work closely with clients across multiple projects. The candidate should be flexible to adapt to any tech stack as per project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance applications.




- Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Work with APIGEE for API management and integrations.
- Design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and AWS SQS.
- Optimize cloud-based solutions using AWS services (Lambda, S3, CloudFront, etc.).
- Apply design patterns and SOLID principles to build maintainable and scalable applications.
- Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide robust, scalable solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies (AWS Lambda, S3, CloudFront, SQS, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, APIGEE, and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of design patterns, system design, and software architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with clients.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tech stacks as per project requirements.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases like DynamoDB or MongoDB and SQL db like oracle/Postgres.
