The ideal candidate is a developer with strong analytical and logical thinking who is interested in applying coding and database knowledge to validate configurable business applications, identify edge cases, and ensure data integrity across complex workflows.

It is a highly specialized position tailored for a developer looking to leverage their coding skills for deep-dive system validation, data integrity, and complex problem-solving.





What You Will Do

Understand and validate business requirements: Analyze complex client business requirements and validate configurable business logic within the S360 platform, ensuring functional accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Design and execute validation strategies: Create comprehensive validation plans, test scenarios, and test cases covering functional workflows, business rules, edge cases, exception handling, and pre-production release readiness.
- Ensure system resilience and quality: Evaluate application runtime behavior by proactively identifying failure points, stress-testing configurations, and investigating logical inconsistencies, runtime failures, data mismatches, and system vulnerabilities before deployment.
- Validate data integrity: Work with relational and cloud databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Athena, MongoDB) to analyze data relationships, validate data flows, and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the platform.
- Optimize platform configurations: Evaluate multiple configuration approaches within the platform and recommend the most efficient, scalable, and low-risk solution to meet business requirements.
- Perform product quality analysis: Conduct gap analysis on reports, dashboards, and system-generated deliverables to ensure accurate business outcomes and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement:



Document validation findings, root-cause analyses, and recommendations while contributing to the enhancement of validation methodologies, testing standards.

What We Are Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in Software Development, production support, Product Validation, or a related technical role.
- Hands-on programming experience in any programming language (Java, Python, Node, JavaScript, etc.).
- Robust understanding of databases and SQL concepts.
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Good understanding of data relationships, data validation, and database querying.
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into validation scenarios.
- Ability to identify system gaps, edge cases, and failure scenarios.
