BIM ARCHITECT
Key Responsibilities & Outcomes
- Develop Architectural BIM models from Concept to As-Built stage using Revit.
- Prepare schematic design, detailed design, and GFC/shop drawings.
- Interpret architectural drawings, design concepts, and translate them into accurate BIM models.
- Ensure model accuracy, proper detailing, and adherence to project standards.
- Coordinate with Structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes and design conflicts.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and support coordination meetings.
- Create and manage Revit families, templates, and standards.
- Convert 2D CAD drawings into coordinated 3D BIM models.
- Work on BIM 360 platform for collaboration and model management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Arch.
- 2+ years in Architectural BIM
- Proficient in Revit Architecture & AutoCAD
- Basic Navisworks knowledge
- Understanding of architectural drawings & detailing
