Job Summary:

Luxelan is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer with 5–9 years of experience to lead residential and commercial interior projects from concept development to execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong design, client management, and project coordination skills, along with a thorough understanding of interior detailing, site execution, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit project sites for measurements and site assessments to prepare initial design layouts.
- Develop interior layouts and space plans based on client requirements, preferences, and project objectives.
- Prepare reference image presentations and design concepts aligned with the client’s preferred theme and style.
- Conduct regular client interactions, meetings, and design presentations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed service layouts, elevations, and technical drawings.
- Develop detailed working drawings and elevations for all project areas.
- Conduct site visits as required to monitor project progress and ensure design compliance.
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards set by the organization.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, agencies,



and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Review material selections, finishes, and specifications to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues in coordination with site teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and reports throughout the project duration.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office.
- Robust expertise in space planning, interior detailing, technical drawings, and project execution.
- Excellent client handling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction processes.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
- 5–9 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury interior projects.
