About the Role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic IT Trainer to deliver practical, industry-focused training to students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and a passion for teaching emerging technologies and IT concepts.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Deliver classroom and practical training on Information Technology concepts and tools.

✔ Train students in Programming Languages, Web Development, Databases, Networking, and Software Applications.

✔ Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and hands-on exercises.

✔ Conduct practical lab sessions and guide students on real-time projects.

✔ Explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand and engaging manner.

✔ Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and project evaluations.

✔ Keep training content updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

✔ Provide technical support, mentorship, and career guidance to students.

✔ Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and training records.

✔ Assist students with interview preparation and placement-related activities.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, or a related field.

✔ 1–3 years of experience in IT training, teaching, or the IT industry (preferred).

✔ Robust knowledge of Programming Languages such as Python, Java, C, and C++.

✔ Good understanding of Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

✔ Knowledge of Database Management Systems (MySQL, SQL Server).

✔ Understanding of Computer Networking and Operating Systems.

✔ Familiarity with Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing concepts.

✔ Experience in conducting practical sessions and guiding students on projects.

✔ Strong communication and presentation skills.

✔ Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage.
