About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact retail leader who can build and scale offline distribution for fast-growing brands across India.
If you have successfully expanded products into Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT), and large retail chains, and know how to drive real revenue growth on ground, this role is for you.
What You Will Own
- Drive end-to-end retail expansion strategy across MT & GT channels
- Build and scale distributor & super-stockist networks
- Lead modern trade partnerships (Reliance, DMart, Big Bazaar, etc.)
- Own buyer negotiations, listings & commercials
- Expand retail footprint (outlet onboarding & shelf visibility)
- Drive sales growth through strong channel execution
- Plan and execute in-store activations & promotions
- Identify and launch new markets & retail clusters
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 10+ years in FMCG / retail sales / distribution
- Proven success in building distribution from scratch or scaling it
- Strong experience in Modern Trade account management
- Hands-on in distributor handling & retail expansion
- Robust negotiation & relationship management skills
- Experience working with brands like:
- HUL | ITC | Nestlé | Marico | P&G; | Dabur | Britannia
