Job Overview

We are looking for an active, confident, and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive for our hardware and building materials business in Panruti. The candidate will be responsible for visiting builders, contractors, engineers, new construction owners, and potential buyers to promote our products and generate sales leads.

This role is best suited for someone who is interested in field marketing, lead generation, direct customer approach, and construction material sales. Freshers with good communication and willingness to do field work are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visit builders, contractors, site engineers, fabricators, and construction site owners in and around Panruti

2. Identify new house construction projects, commercial construction sites, and potential bulk buyers

3. Pitch our products and explain quality, pricing, stock availability, and delivery support

4. Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and repeat customers

5. Generate new leads on a daily basis through field visits and local market coverage

6. Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into orders

7.



Coordinate with the shop/sales team for quotations, stock confirmation, and order processing

8. Track competitor pricing, offers, and market movement in the local area

9. Maintain a daily report of visits, leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions

10. Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets

11. Represent the business professionally in front of customers and construction decision-makers

Candidate Requirements

1. Fresher to 1+ year experience in field marketing, sales, or construction material sales preferred

2. Good communication and convincing skills

3. Willingness to do field work and meet customers directly

4. Basic knowledge of construction materials will be an added advantage

5. Ability to approach and speak confidently with builders, contractors, and site owners

6. Target-oriented and self-motivated

7. Honest, disciplined, and responsible in daily reporting

8. Candidates from Panruti or nearby locations will be preferred

9. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
