Sales Executive (Plot Sales)

About the Role

Homedot Realty is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Angamaly. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients looking to invest in residential and commercial plots. Your main goal will be to understand client requirements, showcase our premium plots, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Follow up diligently on leads provided by the company and convert potential inquiries into successful property sales.
- Site Visits: Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective buyers in and around the Angamaly area, explaining the plot features, amenities, and future appreciation potential.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their budgets and preferences to suggest the right plots.
- Market Outreach: Identify new market opportunities through cold calling, networking,



and local field activities to build a strong pipeline.
- Deal Closure: Assist clients through the negotiation process, documentation, and final booking stages.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 2+ years of experience in sales. Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, or direct field sales is a major advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Local Knowledge: Valuable familiarity with the geography and demographics of Angamaly and surrounding regions.
- Language: Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory; basic English or Hindi is a plus.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for regular site visits and client meetings.
