Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of raw materials, consumables, engineering items, and services required for smooth manufacturing operations. The candidate should have robust negotiation skills, vendor management experience, and knowledge of procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure raw materials, engineering items, consumables, and packaging materials.
- Generate and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, Quality, and Accounts departments.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders accordingly.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and pending orders.




- Resolve supplier-related issues concerning quality, quantity, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly purchase reports and cost-saving analysis.
- Support annual vendor evaluation and audit activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or any relevant discipline.
- Additional certification in Supply Chain or Procurement is an advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Experience in a manufacturing company is mandatory.
- Experience in engineering, fabrication, sheet metal, plastic injection moulding, or poultry equipment manufacturing is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
