- We are looking for an experienced Kerala Cuisine Chef who can prepare authentic Kerala and South Indian dishes with consistent taste and quality.
- ResponsibilitiesPrepare a wide range of authentic Kerala dishes.Make soft and flaky Kerala porotta.Prepare chicken curry, beef curry, mutton curry and fish curry.
- Cook Kerala-style fish fry, chicken fry and other non-vegetarian dishes.Prepare South Indian breakfast items such as dosa, idli, appam, puttu, idiyappam, vada and upma.
- Prepare Kerala snacks such as pazham pori, parippu vada, ullivada, unniyappam and cutlets.Maintain food quality, taste, portion size and presentation.
- Keep the kitchen clean and follow proper hygiene and food-safety standards.
- Manage ingredients efficiently and reduce food wastage.Coordinate with the kitchen team during busy hours.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
