- - Application Lifecycle Management
- Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Manage the full application lifecycle, ensuring seamless upgrades, system integrations, and constant performance optimization.
- Oversee technical support workflows to ensure high application uptime and user satisfaction.




- Evaluate emerging AI/ML use cases/solutions as per business requirements.

- Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners for application development, enhancements, and specialized support.
- Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to translate high-level business needs into detailed technical documents.
- Evaluate and onboard current vendors; stay abreast of market trends to suggest and implement new technology or AI/ML use cases.

- Performance & Compliance

- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to track KPIs, user adoption rates, and application health.
- Monitor application performance metrics and implement continuous improvements based on user feedback and technical audits.
- Ensure all applications strictly adhere to security protocols, data privacy laws, and industry-specific regulatory standards.
