About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, service-oriented, and proactive Assistant Restaurant Manager to support operations across multiple fine dining restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily restaurant operations, maintain consistent service standards, lead front-of-house teams, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across all assigned outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company standards, SOPs, and service excellence across all assigned restaurants.
- Supervise, coach, and train front-of-house staff to maintain high performance and fine dining etiquette.
- Support Restaurant Managers in achieving operational and guest satisfaction goals.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and support teams to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor staffing requirements, assist in scheduling, and support manpower planning across locations.
- Oversee inventory control, stock movement, and operational reporting for assigned restaurants.
- Conduct regular outlet visits,



identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, health & safety, and company policies at all locations.
- Assist in new outlet openings, staff deployment, and operational audits as required.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or premium restaurant operations.
- Prior experience managing or supporting multiple restaurant locations will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, guest handling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, inventory management, and POS systems.
- Willingness to travel between assigned restaurant locations.
- Ability to work versatile shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
