Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and utilizing various tools and platforms to customize solutions. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain compatibility across systems while adapting features to align with organizational goals. Continuous monitoring and adjustment of applications to optimize functionality and user experience are key aspects of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support team development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of application capabilities with business objectives.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application configuration and support.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize solutions.
- Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and troubleshooting in SaaS environments.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams.

Additional Information:
