- Location: SEEPZ, Andheri
- Job Description: Gain valuable insights by visiting websites that allow you to create live samples or apply to the rendering process.
- Lead research and development initiatives that focus on developing new visualization techniques, rendering algorithms, or software enhancements.
- Review all the final rendered work to ensure that it meets the specified project requirements and quality standards.
- Responsible for converting and rendering 3D models in Matrix or similar software to guarantee high-quality output in Keyshot.
- Update and maintain final rendered images in the database or similar archiving systems (MWPic).
- Update on newly received tasks and projects.
- Ensure effective rendering, allocate rendering tasks among team members based on their technical proficiency and the needs of the project.
- Utilize project management tools to monitor, update, and track the status of ongoing rendering projects. (Swadhay).
- Ensure that the team is aligned, review the current status of the projects, and address any challenges that may arise.




- Be the primary point of contact to resolve internal queries and challenges related to 3D rendering processes.
- Collaborate with CAD managers, designers, and production teams to ensure a seamless transition from design to rendering.
- Ensure the best utilization and performance of resources by managing software licenses, hardware, and other related resources.
- Keep clients informed about the rendering process and incorporate their feedback to ensure an improved final output.
- Ensure that all rendering projects are completed within the specified timelines and budgets. Make sure to adhere to the deadlines and financial constraints while delivering the highest quality output.
- Submit self-assessments on schedule and engage in performance conversations. Based on feedback, create personal growth plans and link them with team and organisational goals.
- Educational Qualifications: UG/Graduation
- Experience : Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
