Job Profile: Tender Executive.

Job Discription:

1. GeM Portal Expertise:

- Develop of the GeM portal, and the tendering process for gas cylinder.

- Stay updated with the latest notifications, guidelines, and policies provided by GeM related to industrial Gas.

2. Tender Preparation:

- Collaborate with the team and documentation required for tender preparation.

- Review and analyse tender documents specific to industrial gas.

- Prepare the necessary documents, such as bid invitations, specifications, terms and conditions, and pricing details, adhering to GeM guidelines and requirements.

3. Tender Submission:

- Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and procedures while submitting tenders.

- Complete all the required fields accurately, including pricing, specifications, delivery timelines, and terms of service.

- Monitor and track the status of tender submissions,



ensuring timely response to any queries or clarifications from the GeM authorities.

4. GeM Compliance:

- Stay updated with GeM policies, guidelines, and notifications.

- Ensure compliance with GeM rules and regulations while preparing and submitting tenders.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the tendering process on the GeM portal.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain proper records of tender submissions, including documentation, correspondence, and updates.

- Prepare reports and analytics related to the tendering process, including success rates, performance metrics, and feedback on the GeM portal.

Education - B.Com, M.Com, Diploma or Any Graduate.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
