The Project Manager will cover Konnect Insights – Software as a Service (SaaS) project and project implementation. You will be expected to work hand in hand with the Product, Customer Success, and Sales team to ensure smooth management of all support and administration needed for the Project Management. Alongside, part of your responsibility is to also ensure that the reports (Project Milestone, Project Updates, Value Reporting, Project Plans) needed by the committee and boards of the company are produced in a timely and accurate manner as well as client management.

Role Requirement
- Ability to work with multiple other team within the organisation to prepare detailed plans for new/current projects, determining resource allocation, deliverable timelines, and possible issues.
- Experience in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and consultants, conducting meetings/ clients facing, reviewing plans, and streamlining the overall workflow, with the primary aim of keeping the project on schedule
- Ability to create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, resource plans, and meeting minutes.
- Preferably individuals with experience to prepare presentations and regular status reports, serving as the main source of information about the project to external teams.
- 5+ years in SaaS/ Software project implementation environment
- Project management experience in cross-functional workplace and to lead complex operational initiatives (mainly on SaaS projects implementation)
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
- Experience on Project Management Tools
- Strong stakeholder management/client management skills
- Coordinate and facilitate daily Scrum meetings sprint planning release planning and sprint retrospectives
- Manage sprint planning and execution which includes the management of project progress and provide status & visibility
- Facilitate in release planning and scheduling.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Perform root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity.
- Ensure high throughput of development teams by identifying potential issues and roadblocks and working on preventing or eliminating them.
- Manage projects with tight deadlines and dependencies.
