Job Title: Senior Designer

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer with robust expertise in die casting and mechanical design, specifically in valves and pumps. The candidate should have in-depth technical knowledge, hands-on design experience, and the ability to work in compliance with international engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

· Extensive hands-on experience in Pressure Die Casting (PDC) and Gravity Die Casting (GDC) processes

· Strong expertise in die design and die calculations, including part feasibility, tooling concepts, and optimization for manufacturability

· Proven experience in designing valves and pumps, covering component detailing, assemblies, and performance requirements

· In-depth knowledge of API and ASME standards, with demonstrated experience in designing products strictly in compliance with these standards

· Ability to interpret, apply, and ensure adherence to API and ASME codes, specifications,



and compliance requirements throughout the design lifecycle

· Experience in preparing and reviewing detailed engineering drawings, technical documentation, and design calculations

· Coordination with manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance.

Software Proficiency:

· AutoCAD – for 2D drafting and detailing

· SolidWorks – for 3D modeling, assemblies, and simulations

· IDEA StatiCa – for design calculations and validation

· ProVIC – for design and engineering analysis

Desired Profile:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance

· Ability to work independently and guide junior designers
