We are looking for an experienced and target-driven IT Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our client base globally.

Job Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for IT services and software development.
- Identify and acquire clients for Mobile App Development, Website Development, Custom Software, SaaS Products, AI Solutions, Digital Marketing, and Dedicated Developer Hiring.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadLeaper, email campaigns, cold calling, WhatsApp, social media, and website inquiries.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimations.
- Handle client communication via calls, emails, video meetings, and chat.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.

Required Skills

- 1–5+ years of Business Development experience in an IT Company (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of IT services and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in international client handling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation,



and presentation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, LeadLeaper, Upwork, email marketing, and CRM tools.
- Good understanding of proposal writing and client follow-up.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Preferred Candidates

- Experience in selling Mobile Apps, Websites, Software Development, SaaS, AI Solutions, Digital Marketing, or Dedicated Developer Services.
- Knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, GoodFirms, or other B2B lead generation platforms is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
