Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer with 2+ years of experience in the IT industry to create high-quality, engaging, and technically accurate content. The ideal candidate should have solid research skills, an understanding of software technologies, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, edit, and proofread technical content related to IT, software development, AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, web technologies, and emerging technologies.
- Write blogs, articles, website content, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, product descriptions, technical documentation, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, business analysts, and marketing teams to gather technical information.
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, technologies, and competitor content.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Develop content strategies to improve website traffic and lead generation.
- Update and maintain existing technical documentation and website content.
- Create content for social media, email campaigns, and promotional activities.

Required Skills





- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Content Writer in the IT industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of software development concepts, SDLC, and IT services.
- Experience writing content for technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Mobile Apps, Web Development, Data Science, Cybersecurity, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong research, analytical, and proofreading skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with AI content tools and digital marketing platforms.
